Kids’ Academy didn’t begin with a business plan, it began with a belief. A belief that every child has the potential to learn, grow, and thrive when taught with care and intention. In 2013, Mr. Waqas Ahmed Malik, a passionate individual, turned that belief into a movement. With nothing but one chair, one table, and a vision, he began working with one student in a single room. No marketing. No big campaigns. Just real learning, real results, and the unwavering trust of parents. As word spread, Kids’ Academy began to grow slowly, steadily, and with purpose.

As the dream grew, so did the team that carried it forward. Ms. Jaweria Akram and Ms. Wajeeha Akram, two dynamic sisters mentored closely by the founders, became the driving force behind the next phase of Kids’ Academy’s evolution. Their energy, commitment, and eye for excellence helped shape the academy’s systems, culture, and growth. They didn’t just join an institution, they became a core part of its heartbeat. With a deep sense of purpose and hands-on leadership, they’ve helped scale the academy while staying true to its roots: that every child matters, and every child deserves to be understood. Together, the four continue to lead with passion, humility, and relentless dedication to student success.

Today, Kids’ Academy operates two thriving campuses in DHA Phase 1 and Phase 6, but the heart of the mission remains unchanged. The vision is still clear: to support, guide, and uplift every child through sincere, structured, and personalized academic support. Kids’ Academy was never about numbers, it was about making real change, one learner at a time. The leadership remains hands-on, values-driven, and deeply committed to student growth.
